Ordering and Payments

Payments (Paypal)

I use PayPal for payments on this website when purchasing an artwork. However, we do accept payment by cheque or direct bank transfer. If you would like to pay by cheque, please contact me first to ensure the prints are still available before you send it. For direct bank transfer, you can contact me to request my bank account details. Separate terms & conditions regarding payment dates and interest charges will apply to this method of payment.

PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account. You will have to signs up with PayPal (if you don’t hold an account with them already) and then enters your necessary banking and credit card information. Once registration is completed, your email address is all you need to send and receive money.

PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with anyone even ourselves.

Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. The secure online ordering facility makes it very easy to order prints from this site using your PayPal account or Credit Card. Quicker than reading the details below.

1. Just browse the Limited Editions gallery
2. View the prints available and choose the one or more you want to purchase.
3. Click on the “Purchase” icon below the image’s description for a larger view and other details/options e.g. mounted or not mounted.
4. Click the “Add to Basket” icon which then automatically takes you to PayPal.
5. A secure 'PayPal' shopping cart page will open detailing the artwork that you have just added. Check details and either click 'Proceed to Checkout' or click 'Continue Shopping' which will return you to the page you were on. Return to 'prints' page (if required). To remove a selection click on the 'remove' button and then click on the 'update' cart button.
6. After clicking the 'Proceed to Checkout' button a 'Billing Information' form appears, name, delivery address etc need to be filled in, payment details (either using your PayPal account or a Credit/Debit Card from the list). Click 'continue checkout' button when completed. Check/review the next page before continuing.

Ordering by post/Email and paying by cheque (for UK only)

1. To order by post/Email and pay by cheque first select the artwork (s) you wish to purchase from the ‘Limited Edition’ page by noting the title (s) and weather you want it mounted or not mounted (in the case of purchasing prints) /quantity of greeting cards.
2. Send a letter/email including the following details: your name, full address and telephone number and/or email address in case we need to contact you, the title/s of the prints or the greeting cards.

3. Include a cheque, made payable to ‘Abir Saleh’, with the cheque card/guarantee number and your address written on the back. Note: All cheque's must clear (within 5 working days) before the print/s will be dispatched.

Presentation

All of the prints are sold ready to frame and hang. Prints come with two choices either mounted or not mounted to suit the individual taste. If you require a particular print to be framed then contact me directly to discuss.

Postage & Packaging

There will be a flat postage and packaging charge for all the artwork (s) sent within the mainland UK:

• £1.50 p&p for orders up to £19.99
• £3 p&p for orders from £20 - £79.99
• £5 p&p for orders from £80 – £199.99
• £7 p&p for orders between £200 - £349.99
• Free delivers for orders from £350 and up

However, there will be additional charges made to deliveries out side the mainland UK, please contact me for details before ordering, as extra charges apply, and there may be some restrictions for individual countries.

In some cases you will be getting value for money with the special hot offers.

Delivery Schedule

I aim to despatch your order within 3 working days of payment clearing. Orders should be received by you within 14 working days. However, during busy times, please allow up to 21 days for UK delivery and 28 days for overseas. If you do not receive your artwork (s) within this time please do not hesitate to contact me.

If there is likely to be a delay, I will notify you and offer you the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Alternatively, I will arrange a new delivery date.

Please advise me if you have not received your order within 21 days so I can trace it. All artworks are sent via Royal Mail (UK) or Airmail (other areas) require a signature. This allows the delivery to be tracked and traced.
