Terms and conditions

Whilst every care has been taken to provide an accurate representation of the pictures available for purchase, individual screen sizes and settings used by the viewer may cause variations in the on-screen appearance in colour and contrast. Each print is checked for colour reproduction and only signed when I am fully satisfied that it is an accurate reproduction of the original painting.

To help you make an appropriate selection for your needs, we have given approximate sizes of all prints. These are given for guidance only and should not be taken as exact measurements.

Pricing

All artwork offered for sale through this website www.abionlinegallery.com are priced in pounds sterling.

Prices shown on the Limited Edition pages do not include postage and packing.

Returns Policy

Clients are able to buy from me in confidence knowing if they decide not to keep their purchase, for any reason whatsoever, they may return it within 5 days of receipt for an exchange only on another piece of work up to the current selling price or more, less shipping costs, no questions asked. The following conditions apply when returning items:

  • I must be notified by email by clicking here before returning the artwork.
  • The artwork must be received in the same undamaged condition as was sent.
  • The artwork is to be shipped via a reputable courier back to me within 5 days of receiving it.

However, if a print is damaged in transit or faulty, please email me within five days of receiving it.
If there is bad damage to the parcel (badly bent) on arrival please do not open package as compensation needs to be claimed.

Some minor corner damage can happen in transit but the mount and the Giclee prints are about 25mm away from the edge of the and protected by stiff card board.

If when opened there is damage to the print inside, please keep all packaging material so that the print and mount can be returned in its original parcel. Return postage will not be paid for and you will be offered the option of having either a replacement or an alternative artwork up to the current selling price or more.

Complaints

Should you have a complaint, please email me. When I receive a complaint I will try to acknowledge it as soon as possible, and I expect to have it resolved to your satisfaction within as short a period as possible.
